About Me

Dr. Vikas Singh Solanki is a Chartered Accountant in practice for last nineteen years. He is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He had done post qualification course “DISA” on Information System Audit from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has completed L.L.B. and after that LL.M.. He has meritorious academic and proven excellent professional track record during his life span. He had been conferred Doctorate in Philosophy (PhD) in FDI (Foreign Direct Investment).

About Work Experience

Dr. Solanki has authored a book on “Foreign Direct Investment in India”. He had been nominated as member of Regional Direct Tax Advisory Committee by Central Board of Direct Taxes, Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India. Dr. Solanki had worked in the capacity of member of ‘Bye Laws Drafting Committee’ of Atal Bihari Vajpayee Indian Institute of Information Technology & Management (ABVIIITM), Gwalior a deemed university set up by the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. He has worked as independent director in a listed company. Dr. Solanki has been involved in Statutory, Concurrent and Revenue Audit of many Banks. He has conducted Statutory, Internal and Tax Audit of many Private Limited and Limited Companies. His vast experience of around nineteen years includes advisory services in income tax planning, Govt. audit, financial investigation, planning for economic reformation, bank financing, formation of SPV company, domestic Joint Ventures.
